How It Works
Four simple steps, and a real person on the other end of every one of them. Most of this happens in a quick text conversation.
That is all we need to get started. Text them over or use the form up top, whichever is easier for you.
A real person looks at what you sent and gets back to you. Ask us anything at that point. No obligation, no pressure.
Shipping never comes out of your pocket. Nothing to buy at the counter and nothing taken off your side of it.
Payout options included. We talk it through one step at a time, so there is no fine print to decode on your own.
Not sure where to start? Send the photos and we will take it from there.

Packing Guide
Most of what goes wrong in transit is preventable in about ten minutes of packing. Work through these eight points before you tape the box shut.
A cardboard shipping box holds its shape under other packages in a truck or a sort facility. Padded mailers and poly bags do not. They flex, and every flex is transferred straight into the retail boxes inside, which is how corners get crushed and seams split. A used Amazon box is fine as long as the walls are firm and the corners are not already collapsed. Match the box size to what you are shipping instead of putting a small stack inside a large box.
Do not open flaps or break foil seals. The factory seal is the single thing that proves an item is unused, and once it is broken it cannot be restored, which takes the item out of the offer entirely. That includes lifting a flap to count what is inside or peeling back a corner to read a date. If you need to check a date, read it off the printed panel on the outside of the box. Everything we buy must be sealed, unused, and in date when it reaches us.
Pharmacy labels carry your name and other personal details that have no reason to travel with the box. Peel the label off if it lifts cleanly, and if it does not, cover it completely with a permanent marker or a strip of opaque tape. Check both the outer box and any inner packaging, since the label is sometimes applied twice. Do this before you pack rather than at the drop-off counter.
Fill empty space with paper so boxes do not shift in transit. Loose items slide, build momentum, and slam into the walls of the shipping box every time it is set down. Crumpled newspaper, plain packing paper, or grocery bags all work and cost nothing. Pack the sides and the top, then close the lid and give the box a gentle shake. If you hear anything move, add more paper and shake again.
Run packing tape along the center seam where the top flaps meet, then across both end seams, and repeat the same pattern on the bottom of the box. This is the H-tape method and it is what keeps a box from popping open under compression. Use real packing tape rather than masking tape, duct tape, or clear office tape, all of which lose grip on cardboard in cold or humid conditions.
Print the prepaid label we send and attach it flat to the largest surface of the box. Flat matters, because a label that wraps a corner or bubbles over a seam will not scan reliably and can stall the package mid-route. Cover or remove any old shipping labels and barcodes still on a reused box, since a leftover barcode can send your package to the wrong destination. One label, one barcode, clean and flat.
A sealed box left in a parked car or sitting on a porch in direct sun can reach temperatures well above anything these products are rated to sit in. Store the packed box indoors at room temperature until you are ready to drop it off, and take it inside to the carrier counter rather than leaving it on a porch for pickup on a hot day. If you are shipping during a heat wave, going in the morning is the simplest fix.
Drop off at the carrier location shown on the label. The label is issued through one specific carrier, and handing it to a different one means it will not move or will be returned. Keep your receipt or the tracking slip they hand you. That receipt is your proof the package entered the network and is the fastest way to resolve anything if a package is delayed or misrouted.
If a box is oddly shaped, unusually heavy, or you are just not sure it will survive the trip, send a photo of the packed box while it is still open and we will tell you what to change. It takes a minute and it saves you the guesswork.
Setting these aside before you pack keeps your box clean and your review fast. If you are unsure about a specific item, send a photo and ask before it goes in.
